Financial Policy

Implant & Dental Art upholds that each patient is entitled to the highest quality of care that can be provided. Our patients' healthy smile and well-being are our main concern.

The fees for treatment may differ depending on the complexity of the procedures. An itemized estimate will be provided prior to your treatment, and we welcome frank discussions on services and fees prior to treatment to avoid misunderstanding.

Payment options:

Payment is due at the time services are provided. When more extensive dental care is necessary, customized financial arrangements can be made in advance with our office.

For your convenience, we accept cash, personal checks, money orders and major credit cards.

Insurance:

We are committed to providing you with the best possible care. Patients with dental insurance are responsible for their percentage of the treatment costs as well as any treatment procedures that their insurance company does not cover.

As a service to our patients, our office files most dental insurance claims as a courtesy. We are happy to prepare necessary forms and supporting documents for your dental benefits. However, we emphasize that as a healthcare provider, our relationship is with you, not your insurance company. Your specific policy is an agreement between you and your insurance company. You are responsible for your total obligation should your insurance benefits result in less coverage than anticipated.

Your policy may base its allowances on a fixed fee schedule, which may or may not coincide with our usual fees. You should be aware that different insurance companies vary greatly in the types of coverage available. Also, some companies take care of claims promptly while others delay payment for several months.

Financing plans:

We offer flexible payment plans through Care Credit Patient Financing Programs. Rates, financed amount, and payment plan extension are based on credit history, and subject to credit approval. For more information, please visit their website at http://www.carecredit.com.
